Emotional: Body Language
As a nurse I have come to realize that much of our communication is conveyed through body language. We can say "I'm doing great" while our face tells a different story. I have seen the greatest of fear in a smile and frustration and anger in the calmest of posture. Conversations can go on and on in our personal and professional lives without a word spoken. Being aware of body language may help tear down communication blockades in your private and professional life. It also is a way to see red flags.
